Try out as many different things as you can, take risks and take the time to learn from each victory and defeat. Try to set yourself a goal for every social or professional meeting. In principle, there is something to learn from everyone and everywhere. Find it and take it with you. Make it a game. It is more fun and healthier than filling yourself with drinks or food. Try to connect. Look for common ground. Mutual interests. Everyone has parents, apart from a few orphans, everyone takes a holiday, sleeps, eats, pays taxes. There is always something to connect with. Do it. Get better at it.
