It is the ability to do the same with others. You can make it, learn it and multiply it. It is an indispensable tool in times of change. Of those we consider highly charismatic, 91 percent call themselves \"naturally timid, withdrawn and shy.\" The difference with everyone else is that at some point they have made the decision to do something about it. Barack Obama, Lady Gaga, Bill Clinton, Winston Churchill, Nelson Mandela, Harry Mountbatten-Windsor and Pope Francis. All of them have at some point decided to take the first step and work on it. Because it helps them, because it helps others and especially because it works. Establishing, repairing and expanding relationships. The relationship with yourself, but especially with others who can take you further than where you are now, to where you want to be, to who you can be. It takes a little effort, but it delivers great results in terms of impression, influence and impact. In its Greek origins, charisma is described as 'a state of grace' and actually still is.
