That's why a rifle has a visor. In life we \u200b\u200bhave the Smart method. Smart is an acronym that stands for Specific, Measurable, Achievable , Relevant, Time-bound. If you work out your goals with these five criteria, the chance of success increases exponentially. Specific. If you set a goal, you cannot define it concretely and precisely enough. Do not say 'I want to earn more', but formulate 'I want to earn 30,000 \u20ac per year from next calendar year.' Do not formulate 'I want to lose weight', formulate 'I want to lose 6 kilos between now and in 1 year'. Measurable.  Not all objectives or intentions are measurable, but many are. Try to express them as much as possible in numbers, figures, measures. It is a very useful calibration tool to determine where you are in relation to the end point you want to reach. If your final goal is 30,000 \u20ac a year, and you already have 20,000 after six months, then you are ahead of schedule and you can slow down a bit. Achievable. Goals that are easily attainable often do not deliver the expected satisfaction, unattainable goals bring frustration. Research thoroughly in advance whether it is plausible that what you put forward is feasible. Relevant. Also check whether your goals are relevant enough. Sometimes you do not always have a clear view of this yourself, but consultation with your environment can provide advice. Time-bound. Place a timer on your goal and put pressure and finitude on your plan. That makes it easier to divide the time and organize yourself in a targeted manner.
