Test your speech and yourself. All great speakers started out as bad speakers who practiced a lot to get better. Churchill, Mandela, Obama. They all did it and you can do it to. During a walk. In your car. On the toilet. Record your speech and listen to it. Film it. Look at tics, eye contact, body language. What can you adjust or control. Try it out in front of a test panel of friendly critics. Divide the tasks. One pays attention to content, the other to logic, another to enthusiasm, someone to the entertainment value. Find a coach who can make you and your speech and even more memorable.
