You can strengthen your perseverence through the following six techniques:

Hire a mentor, someone who has the knowledge and the willingness to convey it to someone else. Engage a coach, someone who has the same traits if the mentor has, but who also has the experience and has the professionally trained ability to convey it. Find a counsellor, someone who doesn't show it to you, but in in any case tells you what to do and how to keep it up. Find someone who has already done what you want to do, someone who has travelled the way and is willing to share it with you. Follow an internship, immerse yourself in an environment where the quality you are looking for is required. Become the driver of someone you admire, go work for someone who has mastered the skill or craft or talent that you also want to do business in, look from the wings and on a daily basis how it need to be done. Learn it well and do it.
