It is better to say: ,,we cannot communicate about that aspect at the moment, because we have too little data”, than to give a woolly explanation. It then seems like you have something to hide. Also tell the interviewer in advance: ,,I cannot make any statements on this subject until I have more information." Do not use jargon or business speak: the viewer does not understand any of this and it comes across as pretentious. Pretend you're explaining it to your mom.
