How can you listen profusely?

What it is: showing active and genuine interest in the recording of information. How to do it: starting and stimulating communication. Let others finish their sentences, not interrupting speakers, creating space and silence. Summarize, test and ask for clarification. Respond to non-verbal signals.

1. Be silent 
2. Nod
3. Look at the person
4. Look at the person, also with the body
5. Sit upright
6. Lean slightly forward
7. Mirror the body position of the speaker, imitate as in a mirror
8. Repeat the speaker's words literally, rephrase and summarize. 
9. Don't interrupt, let people finish talking completely, drop silences and wait.
10. Don't finish other people's sentences.
