How can you find the courage?

Honesty is an important key in research, especially in self-examination. Research is the basis of progress. Denial is the main obstacle to self-examination. And yet many people excel at denial. "Denial is a river in Egypt" is the favourite quote of New York judge Judy Scheindlin, who presents a successful television program as Judge Judy. The bottom line is that denial is something that is of little use to you. But there is quite a bit of denial in the world. Out of fear. Not to have to do anything about it. Or for fear that worse is yet to come. 

Courage method:

Look at the important areas in your life: Relationship, Work, Money, Health, Leisure, Family & Appearance.

And watch for alarms of denial:

• We just have to wait for it to go.
• I need to take this to relax.
• I really only do this on weekends.
• I cannot help it.
• He only does that when he's been drinking.
• It's not for me to say that.
• I can't care less. 
• That's today's youth.
• It's all I have.
• She's just doing that to get attention.
