What are the qualities you must have when negotiating?

Positivity. It leads to mental flexibility, flexibility leads to possibility, possibility leads to results. Empathy. Put yourself in the other person's situation. Understanding. You don't necessarily have to agree. Be silent now and then and let the silence weigh. Intelligence. Identify the insecurities and fears of the counterparty. Debunk them and get rid of them.  Self-confidence. Radiate determination and determination.  Courage. List the worst things that can be said about you. Name them and get rid of them.
